Formulated for a deep cleanse that helps remove oil buildup and impurities from the scalp, leaving a fresh, clean feeling without drying out your hair.
Its formula combines green clay and rosemary to complement scalp care, while agave inulin adds softness to the hair. All of this is integrated into an SCI cleansing base that generates a rich, creamy lather for a pleasant washing experience.
1. Apply directly: With clean, damp hair, gently glide the bar over your scalp. 2. Massage: Use your fingertips to gently massage the roots to stimulate the area. 3. Rinse and care: Rinse with plenty of warm water. When finished, store your bar in a dry place to extend its lifespan.
What each ingredient does
- SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate)
- The one responsible for all that creamy lather, but without leaving your hair feeling like straw. It cleanses the nice way.
- Cetyl Alcohol
- The name sounds harsh, but it doesn't dry out your hair: it's a softening fatty alcohol.
- Coco Betaine
- SCI's ideal partner. It helps make the wash gentle and respectful.
- Oat Flour
- Adds texture to the bar and soothes the scalp.
- Green Clay
- The expert at absorbing excess oil.
- Olive Oil
- The base where our extracts rest. It provides nourishment.
- Agave Inulin
- Straight from the Mexican agave, a natural hydrator that wraps around the hair strand to leave it soft, as if you were already wearing conditioner.
- Shea Butter
- Softens and helps lock in hydration.
- Rosemary Extract
- Because hair looking for strength can always use a little extra support. This bar has an extra dose!
- Coffee Extract
- In charge of waking up and stimulating the area while you massage.
- Spearmint Extract
- The refreshing touch that complements your routine.
- Vitamin E
- A powerful antioxidant that protects your hair and stabilizes the formula.
- Lactic Acid
- Adjusts the bar's pH so it is compatible with your skin.
- Rosemary Essential Oil
- Provides the herbal scent and helps stimulate.
- Cosgard
- Extends the lifespan of your bar.
What each seal means
- With plants and botanicals
- The actives in the formula come from plants. It does not mean everything in it does: the full list is below, with one line per ingredient.
- No parabens or sulfates
- Parabens preserve the water in a formula, and there is no water here. Sulfates go in no product of ours, now or later: we clean with gentler surfactants.
- Free of plastic
- The bar comes in paper. We do not say how many bottles you avoid, because we have not measured that. We say what we do know, which is what it is wrapped in.
- Cruelty free
- At no stage do we or our suppliers test on animals. This is our own declaration, not a certifier’s.
- Vegan option
- This particular product contains no animal-derived ingredients. It goes product by product rather than brand wide, because the formulas differ: another of our bars contains beeswax.
No plastic packaging. The bar comes wrapped in paper.
No filler water. A liquid product is mostly water. This bar has no water.
